Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy

All customers are requested to create tickets thru our returns center by mail us support@yourdeaindia.com.

Return Policy

YourDeal India sincerely suggests every respected customer to read the following return policy and regulations carefully before purchase:

"An item may be eligible for return within the five (7) days from the date of delivery. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

Kindly note that you may be subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

Returns are allowed for one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is completely different (in specification / size / model no) from what was ordered (Plz note slight color difference would not qualify as difference in specification)
  • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible). Eligible items will be allowed to be returned subject to charging return Shipping Fees.

Returns are generally NOT ALLOWED for one or more of the following conditions:

  • In case customers wants to return the product because they 'Do not like it'/ 'Are not satisfied' post opening the Security Bag / Box (in which it is shipped). However, Returns may be permitted, on a case to case basis, if 
    • the product condition is same &
    • packing of product is not opened &
    • The Return Shipping Charges will have to be borne by the Customer.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. 

Please Note: 

  • Images shown on the website are graphical representations of the product. The actual product may slightly vary from the image in color / shades. 
  • Tempered Glass, Screen Protectors, PET material made protectors are not eligible for returns.

DOA (Items Defective on Arrival)

Customers should contact our customer support immediately upon receipt of goods for DOA situation. Please create a Ticket thru our returns centre via email at support@yourdealindia.com before retuning the products. Returns without confirmation from our side would not be valid

A. Received a Damaged Parcel /Packet

  • The outer packing is broken or out of shape
  1. Immediately file a case upon the broken package to the courier company and get a confirmation in a form of a paper proof with stamp on it.
  2. Email us on support@yourdealindia.com & WhatsApp us on +91 9322991896 with pictures attached of the received items / package and detailed information to describe the issue, along with the aforementioned paper proof and case number with which we can quickly confirm the case.
  3. After verifying all the required information, we will either provide a replacement or a full refund, on a case to case basis, depending upon your requirement.
  • The outer packing is in a good shape while the item is not working
  1. Email us on support@yourdealindia.com & WhatsApp us on +91 9322991896 with pictures attached of the received items/package and detailed information to describe the issue on support@yourdealindia.com.
  2. After verifying all the required information, we will either provide a replacement or a full refund, on a case to case basis, depending upon your requirement.

B. All Items Ordered Not Received / Missing

  1. Immediately email us on support@yourdealindia.com & WhatsApp on +91 9322991896 with pictures attached of the received items/package and detailed information to describe the issue.
  2. After verifying all the required information, we will send you the missing item of the package.
  3. If the main item is missing, please file a case upon the missing item to the courier company and get a confirmation in a form of a paper proof with stamp on it.
  4. Most importantly, if you have the taxation fee receipt, don't hesitate to take a picture for us as the weight can tell something about the missing.

    C. Received Wrong Items / Mis-shipment on Arrival

    If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, e.g. completely different color, product for a different model etc.

    1. Immediately email us on support@yourdealindia.com & WhatsApp on +919322991896 with pictures attached of the received items/package and detailed information to describe the issue.
    2. Raise a Return request on https://yourdealindia.myreturnscenter.com/
    3. After verifying all the required information, we will send you the correct item on the original order.
    4. Alternatively, if the customer is willing to keep the received wrong item, we would happy to provide a 5% compensation of the order amount.

    Replacements / Exchanges

    • We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased.
    • However, Yourdeal India reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like kind (depending on availability).
    • In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product.
    • Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.
    • Tempered Glass, Screen Protectors, PET material made protectors are not eligible for exchanges.

    Note: 

    1. There is a possibility that we may require to ship the defective/wrong item back first before sending a new replacement. All the returned defective items are sent back to China for repair since the factory and maintenance points locate there.
    2. PLEASE contact our customer support for RMA before returning. YourDeal will not be responsible for any returns without notifying the support team beforehand.
    3. Kindly contact our customers support for help on +919322991896 before raising any dispute or chargeback. We are always here to help and provide solutions.

      Return Shipping Fee

      The return shipping fee responsibility depends on the usage period of the item. For details:

      • 7 Days replacement or refund warranty

      Customers are responsible for Round-trip shipping fee of atleast ₹250/- if you want to return the disliked item (Meaning item ordered was accurate but did not like it).

      After receiving the return, we will process a refund to you (shipping fee excluded) in form of a YourDeal Gift Card or send a replacement, depending upon your requirement.

      • Dead on arrival (replacement or refund warranty)

      YourDeal will be in charge of the returning shipping fee if it is a DOA / DEFECTIVE item. After receiving the return, we will either refund you or send exchange item, depending upon your requirement.

      Note:

      1. All customers are requested to create tickets thru our returns center at the following link:- https://yourdealindia.myreturnscenter.com/
      2. Above mentioned replacement or refund can only be done after we receive the returning items.
      3. All the returning shall be send via the cheapest registered mail. If customers want to send back by fast shipping, customers shall be in charge of the custom tax or duty fee if occurs.
      4. All the artificial factors cause the damage of the item is beyond the warranty. Also please be noted that battery or motherboard is not suitable for the free repair rule.For items needed to be refunded or replaced, there will be a restocking fee if it is over 2 days upon receipt of goods. Also if there is any scratch or damage happened to the item, we will charge the damage fee.

        Refunds

        • All refunds are processed after deducting bank charges i.e. 3% of the original invoice value and original shipping charges and packaging costs i.e. ₹149/- These costs can vary or increase depending on various factors.
        • Refunds are made to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
        • For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds will be made via Bank deposit, store credits or gift cards.
        • Tempered Glass, Screen Protectors, PET material made protectors are not eligible for refunds.

        Return Policy Guidelines

        Above policies are applicable only during cases or circumstances occur as mentioned above. For details regarding the warranty for the items you bought on YourDeal, please check the Warranty information of the manufacturer on the package.

        YourDeal is not liable in any shape or form if it changes any of the above policies mentioned without any prior notice to their customers.

        Cancellations

        How do I cancel my order?

        • To cancel your order, send us an e-mail on support@yourdealindia.com or Whats app us or Call us on +91 9322991896 within 6-8 hours working hours* with details of order number and reason of cancellation.
        • We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.
